Meet Garrett
My name is Garrett Urso and I’m currently a senior at the University of Florida. My family was deeply rooted in the church growing up and I had a great youth group where I was led by faithful men who loved, challenged, and encouraged me. After finally choosing to surrender my life to Jesus during my senior year of high school, I began seeing the ways He radically changed my life and quickly desired to share that love with others.
Over the years, He has grown a passion in me to see others take their next step with Jesus, and I pray that we will see every middle and high schooler in Gainesville grow into a Developed and Driven Disciple!

Meet Bella
My name is Bella Leon! I graduated from the University of Florida in 2025 and have been a member of Salt Church since my freshman year! I’m originally from Boca Raton and was raised in a very strong Christian household. Throughout my middle and high school years, I was constantly poured into by amazing men and women who wanted to see me grow in my personal relationship with Jesus!
Once I got to UF, I was discipled by wonderful women who helped me take my next steps with Jesus and taught me how to disciple other young women, staying constantly rooted in the word and serving in the church! My hope is to see many middle and high school students grow in their faith and learn to truly treasure Jesus!
